Term of Aoreement. Each calendar year ending on December 31,2012, 2013 and 2014 shall be referred to herein as a Tournament Year." The Parties agree that the Toumament shail be heM at the Toumament Site on March 19 - 25, 2012. The Toumament will be scheduled to occur during the month of March for Toumament Years 2013 and 2014, sutiject to the LPGA Tour toumament schedule. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, LTPO SpecificaUy agrees that HOST CLUB may freely and without any limitation, express or implied, assign, convey, license or transfer in any other mode or forni, all or any portion of ttie Complimentary Tickets to be provided to HOST CLUB, it being understood that the Complimentary Tickets shail not be re-sold or made available for purchase. (q) Audio Visual Services.
