I Each sheet of the plans must be signed by the person responsible for their preparation, even though there are no structural changes Business and Professions Code All electrical sheets must be signed 4 Show any existing fire rated area separation walls, occupancy separation walls, demising walls, shafts or rated corridors Identify and provide construction details for proposed new fire rated walls Please provide a wall section showing the 1 hour construction of the occupancy separation between the E-3 and the B. Please indicate the occupancies above and below the E-3 occupancy and detail the fire resistive floor/ceiling assemblies Please revise the door schedule to show the doors in the 1 hour occupancy separation to be 1 hour fire rated assemblies. 8 In areas where the occupant load is at least 7, two exits are required See Nurseries for Day Care Table 10-A The infant / toddler room requires two complying exit one exit must exit directly from the room to the exterior. The door that exits to the double doors from room 10 could comply if that area is a lobby, the second exit from the infant/toddler room can exit through one adjoining room (the required separation of exits require the exit path of travel from the second exit must be maintained to the public way). The second exit as shown on the plans now exits through too many intervening rooms.
