REMARKS: Inspected epoxy ail-thread of Holdowns & added anchor bolts as shown on approvocl
drawings for project. Contractor used (Galv.) all-thread. Conrrnctor drilled %" D.a. X 8.00" deep
holes for anchor bolts and 7/8" Dia. X 12.00" for holdowns. Contractor used clean dry compressed
air & a nylon bottle brush to clean holes. Holes were filled with epoxy and rods were installed.
Worrk on project is ongoing.
