U REMARKS: I This plan check can not be commenced until a written description of the facility
and the use of the clean room is provided. The site sheet of the plans indicates no hazardous
materials but submitted with the plans is a hazardous materials sheet showing the location of a
proposed hazardous materials storage cabinet. 2. The permit is for a clean room but the plans
for the enclosure are for an RF Shielded enclosure. Please clarify the intent. If this is to be a
clean room submit mechanical plans for the exhaust, supply and filter system.3. Plans for the
clean room enclosure must be signed by a Calif licensed engineer or architect or must be a
State approved prefabricated system.
