Subject: Pad Footing Key Inspection of the Subject Property Located at 2203 Cameo
Road, Carisbad, Califomia
Dear CT Homes LLC:
The following report has been prepared documenting the aforementioned
geotechnical inspection service at the subject property. The purpose of our inspection was
to confirm that the pad footing key was adequately excavated and prepared in accordance
with our structural plans for the subject property dated April 15, 2014.
On June 11,2014 a registered civil engineer performed a pad footing key inspection
at the subject property. We confirmed that the footing key was excavated to competent
soils, rebar was properly placed and tied, and the footing has been adequately prepared.
We certify that the pad footings have been adequately prepared and authorize
pouring of the concrete.
