The value shall include all finish work, painting, roofing, electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, elevator, fire extinguishing systems and any other permanent equipment. Please provide a signed copy of the designer's or contractor's construction cost estimate of all work proposed. 3. A complete description of the activities and processes that will occur in this tenant space should be provided. A listing of all hazardous materials should be included. The materials listing should be stated in a form that would make classification in Tables 3-D and 3-E possible. The building official may require a technical report to identify and develop methods of protection from hazardous materials. Section 307.1.6. The building is listed as an S-1 occupancy on the cover sheet. It appears that the facility is more than just warehouse. Specify the use and appropriate occupancy on the plans. 6. Sheet TI-2 shows the mezzanine rooms to be conference rooms but 12/TI-5 shows these to be offices. The occupant load for a conference room would require the occupants to exit directly outside from the open office without passing through the lower floor before exiting.
