Mr. Carter Darnell
City of Carlsbad
2075 Las Palmas Dr.
Carlsbad, CA 92009
Dear Mr. Darnell:
This letter is to confirm our discussion on the:phone last
week regarding the request for a soils report for the
second-story bedroom addition, at 2216 Janis Way. There are
two model types, 4-bedroom and 5-bedroom, for this plan,
which is Plan 2 of the project. All of the foundations for
Plan 2 were designed for the 5-bedroom model type. The
current project is adding the fifth bedroom to the 4-bedroom
model. The project in question is the recently built-out
"Ezan" project at the corner of Chestnut and El Camino Real.
Sincerely,
ARCHITEKTON
