He found the following discrepancies: 1. No pipes are allowed on the roof which applies to the main feeder to Suite A and related piping to equipment. 2. Air conditioning condensate line needs to terminate at an approved location. 3. Insulation certificate required. 4. Those offices exceeding 100 SF require double switching. This work must be completed before a Certificate of Occupancy will be issued.
