Shea Homes is requesting an extension on Permit No. CB 984019 issued November 24,1998. To my
knowledge, we have not received an expiration notice from the City.
We recently purchased 40 lots in Village "C" and will be using our model complex in Village "G". Lot
445 is die parking lot for the model complex. We anticipate trenching on Lot 445 around January, 2000.
I have enclosed a copy of the permit for your convenience.
