Provide an installation that is aesthetically sensitive
building and the adjoining properties.

shall be inside the building and not on the roof. All connections
related to equipment shal'l be made in the same roof1opening on the
platform or meet the appi·ova1 of the city of Carlsbad Bu"ilding de-
