Constant volume duc;t or multizone systems which. utilize new energy to simultaneously heat and cool air streams which
are subs~uently mixed for temperature control ant prohibited for buildings larger than 20,000 5Quare feet o~ conditioned
sPaCB. If used, the air leakage for dampers utilized for the mixing of heating and cooling air shall be limited to a maximum
leakage of 3% of the total air quantify handled by the dampers when operating at the maximum system pressure to which
