Batiz 2210 Recodo Court Carlsbad, CA 92009 RE: SWIMMING POOL ENCLOSURE It has come to our attention that the swimming pool constructed chiefly on the property at 2245 Boca Street is also constructed on the property located at 2210 Recodo Court. The City Attorney's Office has determined that because the pool is constructed on two separate, but adjoining, lots that both lots must provide adequate pool fencing to be in compliance; however because both lots share the pool, no fence would be required to separate the two properties. This office is in need of inspecting the fencing at 2210 Recodo Court, APN: 216-493-10, to verify that it meets the requirements of Carlsbad Municipal Code, Sections 18.28.020 and 18.28.030, copies enclosed.
