I visually inspected the shear walls requiring special inspection as noted below.
Location: remove and replace the sheathing at the exterior side of the West face of the East stairwell Level 1 & 2 and the exterior side of
the East face of the West stairwell Level 1 & Level 2.
Sheathing: 1 /2", structural 1, span rating 32/16, CDX plywood.
Nails: 2-3/4"x.1 48" (10d common) collated gun nails.
Note: The nailing is 4" o.c. at B.N and E.N., 12" F.N. The nails have sufficient edge distance and are flush with the surface.
No discrepancies were observed or noted.
All work is subject to City of Carlsbad approval.
