Sheathing: 1 /2", structural 1, span rating 32/16, CDX plywood. Nails: 2-3/4"x.1 48" (10d common) collated gun nails. Note: The nailing is 4" o.c. at B.N and E.N., 12" F.N. The nails have sufficient edge distance and are flush with the surface. No discrepancies were observed or noted. All work is subject to City of Carlsbad approval.
