Plans for those'improvements were received by the Carlsbad Building Department on June 20, 1985. A Mr. Paul Wilson was notified on June 27, 1985, that those plans were ready for corrections. Since that date, no action has been taken by your firm to correct these plans and obtain the proper permi ts. This lack of activity has been interpreted to mean no further action will be taken by your firm to obtain the proper approval and permits for these tenant improvements.
