To clarify our position in this matter we wish to point out that we were contracted to add an additional meter and main disconnect within the electric room only, and this was completed and approved by the Building Department. When we were advised of the original correction list we met with the City Inspector and the suite tenant (Puritan Bennett) representative at the site and the tenant representative agreed it was their responsibility and they would take care of it. Th o-1- e a r e 311 within the su i t e and vjcre absolutely outside of our scope of work. Item 5 - Probably the lamp has burned out. Item 6 - We have no idea what is involved with this requirement.
