The original manufacturer of the unsafe equipment, GTE Sylvania, is no longer in the business of building switchboards and an identical replacement was therefore not available. 2. The manufacturer of the replacement equipment, Pacific Electric Inc., custom designed and built the new section to be fully compatible with the original remaining sections, .specifically duplicating the original bus bar inter-ties. 3. All new bolted connections were checked for compliance with Pacific Electric's recommended torquing requirements. 4. The completed assembly was checked out and it satisfies all applicable requirements of the National Electric Code and of the National Electrical Manufacturer's Association. 5. Ascot Electric warrants the new installation both in workmanship and material for two years.
