I do not believe I signed his card. At least I do not remember signing it. I use my initials "ME" when signing.

I was faxed over the inspection record card with a signature on the planning dept. line yesterday, and
therefore, released the gas meter on lot 74. Once I release the gas meter I have no hold to make the
contractor complete the necessary corrections on the lot. This morning I opened an email from you saying
there are deficiencies on lot 74. Did they forge your initials? They look like an ee, or ii, or II. Let me know.
