This comment specifically requested dimensions for the footings supporting the planned trellis structure to be located near the spa facility. To aid in preparing this response we have reviewed the design details from the landscape architects plans (Burton Associates) and our final report of site grading dated October 17, 1997. The grading report does not specifically address foundations for the ancillary structures such as the trellis. However, after reviewing the structure details and the as-graded site conditions, the following foundation design recommendations are provided. 1. . 2. 3. 4.
