With reference to the unoccupied space within the building at
the above referenced address, it has been brought to my
attention by the project's superintendent, Mel Jordan, that
the demising wall needs to be insulated and finished to meet
City code. As this space is currently unoccupied (contains a
1,522 square foot office built out as a spec suite and
permitted November 5 of 1987) we are requesting that this work
be completed when a Tenant is procured.
Should there be any problem with this request, please notify
me.
