Service Attachment Point and/or Meter Location: Install new 100-amp meter panel at existing
location over existing conduit and service conductors. Customer assumes
responsibility for existing conduit condition. If conductors can not be pulled or
reconnected due to substandard or damaged conduit, customer has been advised they
will not be reconnected until they can trench and replace the conduit from the pedestal
to the source. Customer to install barrier postslballards around pedestal. Call Andrew
at 760476-5614 to schedule a morning disconnect with an afternoon reconnect
provided that the City releases inspection to SDG&E by 2:00 PM on the same day the
crew Is scheduled. To delays avoid with reconnection. your nermit should read

After excavation of trench, installation of conduit and service entrance equipment at meter location, CALL FOR INSPECTION. Do not cover conduit without lnspecto?s written approval to baddill.
When trench is backflhled and compacted, CALL FOR INSPECTION. - If service entrance equipment is installed after backfill, CALL FOR INSPECTION OF THE EQUIPMENT. 3. Meter cannot be set until Inspector has approved installation, including service equipment, and ,ecelptof
city/county/state inspection clearance.
