This technical report is being submitted as adequate representation of the existing operations and hazardous materials quantities at the facility. Part of the facility is in need of repair after a water sprinkler main ruptured causing extensive flooding and damage to the foundation in the southwest corner of the building. Hazardous materials operations and chemical usage will closely follow activities that were performed prior to the incident, with only minor changes to the structural configuration of a few rooms in control area three.
