Tbe .., report addresses minor changes to hazardous materials operations in existing "Control Area 3".; "Control Area 3" was originally permitted as a Group B, Division 2 Occupancy area of the building and the changes proposed for ''.Coutnif Area 3" WIii not impact its current occupancy classificetion. / Applicable Code requirements and conditions for the types and amounts of hazardou_s materials involved in "Control Area 3" are the same today as they were when "Control Area 3" was originally permitted by the City of Carlsbad. See the previously submitted 3-15-~3 Technical Report prepared by Eriksen·Rattan Associates Inc. for existing "Control Area 3" .. conditions and reciuirements.
