Dear Mr. Pohling:
October 10, 1997
Per your request, this memo addresses the question of hazardous materials
related to the 2282 construction of the cold box. The materials that will be stored
in the cold pox are non-hazardous intermediate drug materials which are
currently being stored in individual refrigerators within the 2282 GMP Suite.
Therefore, since the control zone is not changing and the materials are non-
hazardous in nature, no hazardous material report or amendment to the original
report is needed. If you have any further questions, please contact me at 7 60-603-
