Court, Carlsbad CA 92009 Combio management understands that this system has been installed by the
previous tenants, is for supplemental internal notification purposes only, and not connected and responded to
or supported by the Carlsbad Fire Department We also understand that should this system report an alarm in
our facility the Carlsbad Fire Department is not responsible for responding to that alarm, or liable for any-
consequential damages that anse
This facility (2290 Cosmos Court) is connected to and protected by a primary system, which is reporting to
the Carlsbad Fire Department Combio management understands and expects response to alarms reported
from this primary system only
