The system consists of one service lateral to an under- ground pull section, which is connected to the main build- ing disconnect. Tapped from the underground pull section buss bars are two service entrance taps; one with number six conductors, and one with number ten conductors which is again tapped with number ten conductors for an additional set of service entrance conductors. The service lateral and the main building disconnect comply with the National Electric Code. The taps from the pull section buss bars present the following violations of the National Electric Code. 1. The minimum size service entrance permitted is 60 amperes. NEC. 230-42 (b). 2. The service disconnects are not at the closet point available to the service lateral's entrance into the building. NEC. 230-70. 3. The service disconnects are not grouped at one location.
