The contractor must provide use with a letter, signed and dated by the property owner, giving permission for the building to be demolished. The fee for a demolition permit is $60.00. The attached Demolition Asbestos Certification application must be completed, signed and have the correct square footage of the structure being demolished, — -eil as it's use.
