As follow up to previous inspection, tubular steel fence was reviewed (including lots 32 thur 36). Fencing was installed on all lots-Lot 36 has a custom glass wall in lieu of tubular steel. 2. Landscaping is approved. 3. Permit card was signed. The contractor/developer is reminded that prior to obtaining occupancy for the last unit of each phase the landscape architect of work shall review/inspect the project including all HOA areas surrounding each phase and submit the "Certification of Completion" form as available through the City. Prior to security release the landscape architect of work shall review/inspect the project including all HOA areas and provide a certification letter for release of securities. The security release letter shall certify that he or she has inspected the work and that the project complies with the following conditions: 1. Has been maintained in substantial conformance to the approved plans. 2. Is growing in a healthy and thriving condition. 3. All plantings required under Section IV.E of the Landscape Manual have been established as an effective surface erosion control. 4. There is no evidence of excessiv,e run off from the irrigation system causing a soil J" tll)I ' erosion problem. ' 5. As-built landscape plans for the work shall be submitted to and approved by the City.
