The manufacturing area was not addressed, some electrical receptacles were indicated on the plans but were not shown in the panel schedules and the loads were not included in the load calculations. Please provide a complete description of the processes and equipment to be part of the manufacturing area. 9. It appears the lighting system is to be altered. Please provide the required energy compliance forms. The LTG forms shall be signed and imprinted on the plans. Please provide the entire PERF documents showing the lighting to be part of the compliance package. 10.
