O O O Additional Comments 1 l Please show the height of the patio cover. A top of slope setback
needs to be maintained as there is a downhill perimeter slope behind the lot. A top of slope
setback is determined by the height of the structure. The formula is: height of the structure x
.7 = top of slope setback. (2) The city's records show that the size of the house in terms of
square footage for building coverage purposes is 2,571 square feet and the net pad area of
the lot is 6.695 square feet. The lot coverage is 38.4%. The addition of the 188 square foot
will exceed the 40% lot coverage.
