Carlsbad Building Department, 1635 Faraday Ave., Carlsbad, CA 92008, (760) 602-2700.

and Fire Departments.
Bring two corrected sets of plans and ca lcu lations/re ports to EsGil Corporation, 9320

remaining sets of plans and calculations/reports directly to the City of Carlsbad Building
Department for routing to their Planning, Engineering and Fire Departments.

manufacturer recommended clearance of the hood to this wall.
Mechanical: There appear to be 2 supply registers in the kitchen area with the
hood. that are not connected to HPI,2 or 3. Please clarify.
Advisory Note : When alterations, structural repairs or additions are made to an existing
building, that building, or portion of the building affected, is required to comply with all of the

Site plan-is shown in'Exhibit 1. Business hours are from 7:00 am to 2:30 pm,

Theyroposed expansion includes adding a gross floor area of 1,288 square feet to
accommodate th~~new catering services. The existing outdoor eating area (573

Our observations found that Palomar Business Center 'is 'generally unde~7parked.
The peak parking occurred at 12:30 pm whent89 spaces were,used and 58 parking
