I just spoke to the contractor that pulled permits yesterday for the property at 2400 Altisma Wy. He stated he pulled the permits for the sub-panel and the three wall heaters but had a question on the stair railings. The stair railings were installed improperly, therefore we included that in our notice. In the notice, I sent him some measurement that were off (height to short, wobbly won't withstand 200 lbs. of force, using cables with more space than 4" as railings, and the gripping surface is not stable.) Since the property owner stated they were just going to replace the entire stair rails, I informed them it would be best to pull permits for the new stair railings/Handrails that run 3 stories to the interior of the structure.
