description, job address, earth slope, driveway slope and lot drainage.
B. Foundation plan and foundation details.

•2. Provide 6 x 6 -10 x 10 wire mesh in slab, 4''clean sand, vapor barrier
and 2 -#4 rebars continuous in footings.
•3. Show foundation details per attached soils report or furnish current
soil report.
C. Exterior Elevations
