Deliver all remaining sets of plans and calculations/reports directly to the City of Carlsbad Building Department for routing to their Planning, Engineering and Fire Departments. 2. Verify that the final sets of plans and any new calculations will be stamped and signed by engineer and /or architect of record also. 3. All sheets of plans must be signed by the person responsible for their preparation. (California Business and Professions Code). 4. Per City Policy a soils report is required for this project. Please provide a copy of the project soil report. The report shall include foundation design recommendations based on the engineer's findings and shall comply with Section R401.4. 5.
