Please show glazing in the following locations to be of safety glazing material in accordance with Section 2406.4 (see exceptions): a) Fixed and sliding panels of sliding door assemblies and panels in swinging doors other than wardrobe doors. b) Fixed or operable panels adjacent to a door where the nearest exposed edge ofthe glazing is within a 24-inch arc of either vertical edge ofthe door in a closed position and where the bottom exposed edge ofthe glazing is less than 60 inches above the walking surface. In addition to the 5/8" anchor bolts shown on the plans the following anchor bolt requirements shall apply in Seismic Zones 3 and 4, per Section 1806.6.1: a) Plate washers (minimum size of 2" x 2" x 3/16") shall be used on each anchor bolt. 9.
