COMPLIANCE SURVEY
An inspection has been conducted by this department
at 2422 Levante Street, Carlsbad, CA.
(619) 438-5525
The inspection reveals that the garage portion of
the building has been converted to a bedroom without
any permits to sanction such a conversion.
Since we show no records on our file, we therefore
must require the following items be met prior to
our approval:
1. Convert the area in question back to its garage
status, or
2. Provide a new garage on the same premises with
approved plans submitted to our department and
approval from all other departments concerned.
As of this date, this office cannot approve the
conversion of the garage area. This violates the
zoning requirements of approved parking.
