Dear Pat-
Per our conversation, as part of Ryland's application for a permit to install a Sales Trailer
(with a restroom facility), it will be Ryland's duty to provide a temporary restroom (ADA
accessible) until the sewer system is completed. Upon completion, it will be Ryland's
responsibility to hook the sales trailer into the city-approved sewer.
