and stated this was a recheck of your original plans even though you had

story. At that time I told you these were new plans and required a
complete new plan check. You instructed me to submit them as a recheck.
That was done, and you have now received from the Manager of Plan Check
Services, Esgil Corporation, a new plan check and a statement that your
plans require a complete new plan check and fee.
