1) We will remove the old existing LED channel letters from the building We will
patch holes m the wall and paint over patch holes if paint is supplied by customer
2) We will manufacture and install one set of internally illuminated LED channel
letters and attach to the building fascia
3) All signs to be U L approved
4) Transformers to be housed in raceways which will be housed at the back of the
wall in the actual storage units
5) Illumination to be by means of LED lighting
6) Signs to read in uppercase SELF STORAGE 918-6600
7) We will hook up sign to existing power there from a designated 20amp breaker
8) Faces of channel letters to be cut from white plexiglass with 3M (Royal Blue)
3630 translucent vinyl overlay with a white pinstripe border to aid in evening
illumination
9) Letters to have Jewhte (Royal Blue) 274C trim capping and returns to be painted
to match trim capping
10) Letters to be mounted to fascia by means of 4 - 2" x 25" screw per letter
11) Sign = 1'7" x 31'7" = 50 sq ft
12) Portion of wall fascia where sign is to be installed = 28' x 50' = 1,400 sq ft

5) We will hook up sign to existing power there from a designated 20amp breaker
which must be taken care of by customers electrician
6) Aluminum cabinet construction with a shaped top and flat bottom Cabinet to be
approximately 10" deep
7) Sign cabinet to have stucco texture applied to surface areas with color to match
SW6084
8) Sign cabinet to be mounted to pole and concreted into ground as per structural
calculations
9) BRESSI RANCH / 2500 CAMPBELL PLACE lettering to be manufactured out
of !/4" thick routed aluminum which will be painted black Letters to be flush
mounted to surface using back pins (non illuminated)
10) SELF STORAGE / 918-6600 lettering to be Illuminated LED channel letters
which will be mounted to the face Faces of channel letters to be cut from white
plexiglass with 3M (Royal Blue) 3630 translucent vinyl overlay with a white
pinstripe border to aid in evening illumination To have Jewhte (Royal Blue)
