The WT12x27.5 was installed and the web of the WT was welded with Y4" fillet weld on both sides. The detail used is A7.3 and Sheet E-1 shop drawing from the steel contractor that was approved. Qualified welder with FCAW NR232 E71T-8 did the welding. Work is continuing. The project, as discussed, is a coffee house serving coffee, tea and pre-packaged/prepared goods. We would like to request a variance allowing the use of a grease trap for coffee grinds in lieu of a grease interceptor.
