On the permit for the seating change you are correct as a ball was dropped here at Westfield but I will get it resolved
quickly.
As an update to a couple of issues that you and I have spoken on; the internal ansul in the Auto-Fry appliances will be
hooked ·up later this week a_nd ready for inspection soon. The UL Report request has been made back to the M EP-
Engineers and they responded earlier today that it is forth coming, I will forward once received. I also appreciate the
document you sent with regards to the pull station cover; can you approve its for use at the front door pull station? If so
I will get it ordered and possibly in this week as well.
' I will communicate back when the pretesting for the Auto-Fry appliances has been completed.

I have sent a few emails over the holidays-I hope that both of you received these. I have copied all individuals that
have been involved and building personnel that will be coordinating the final archived sets. . '
Bill as my primary POC, an issue of PCRs (plan check revisions) have come to light as we attempt to ties up loose ends.
-Both Regal and Shell have permits that' need to be pulled. This in itself is going require some coordination. If you are
unaware, we have the first set of shell drawings and multiple rolls of PCR sheets that have never been slip sheeted
together. This needs to be done, by appointment, by an individual familiar with the changes, submittals, etc. of this job. I
am surprised_to see a PCR (Tesla) for work on the shell that I thought was completed .
. Please provide two (2) copies in PDF form of the final sets of drawings. for, all that has been submitted for this project.
The drawings will be for the final set (inclusive of all PCRs).

Same for you. The permit for changes to the seating was never pulled. I believe that slip sheeting needs to be done as
well. In addition, we are waiting for the Ansul tie in, sheets on grease laden vapors (UL or similar) and I have qn assembly
permit application that needs to be forwarded to Regal representatives for their annual fire assembly permit. I believe I
sent an email to Bill about this. This would be best handled between you and I because I think that the permit can be as
one and more cost effective if done this way.
