2501 Jacaranda Ave.
Dear Mr. Phillips,
We are presently reroofing the house at 2501 Jacaranda Ave.
We removed the existing shake roof and installed CDX plywood.
Per the engineering report,additional bracing was not required.
We installed the plywood to code, 6 11 boundary nail on the joints
and 1211 in the center of the sheets. We then installed 40 pound
felt underlayment and Lifetile standard weight tile.
