The work was finished and finally inspected on December 28. A copy of the permit is attached. It is signed by William E William,' Manaqer. The check for the permit was $64.50, signed by Edward J Miller. On February 12, 1988 the check was returned insufficient funds. Attempts to contact Edward J Miller have been fruitless. Will you please send us your cashier's check in the above amount plus payment. When a check is returned there is no permit. It can be $10 handling charge.
