If there are any other additional items needed, please give me a call: • Permit Application • Spec Data sheet • Site Plan • (3) sets of blueprints For your information, all of the showcases are pre-fabricated and only require bolting together when they are set up. All cases are prewired and UL listed. All electrical components and materials are UL approved. A licensed electrician is contracted to complete all electrical connections and will apply for his own permit. The Silver & Gold Connection kiosk is scheduled for installation on August 7, 2001. Your assistance in expediting the review and approval process so that we may meet our deadline is greatly appreciated.
