Dear John:
As per our telephone conversation yesterday, enclosed you will find the following for the
permit submittal for the Silver & Gold Connection kiosk that is being replaced in the
Plaza Camino Real. If there are any other additional items needed, please give me a call:
• Permit Application
• Spec Data sheet
• Site Plan
• (3) sets of blueprints
For your information, all of the showcases are pre-fabricated and only require bolting
together when they are set up. All cases are prewired and UL listed. All electrical
components and materials are UL approved. A licensed electrician is contracted to
complete all electrical connections and will apply for his own permit.
The Silver & Gold Connection kiosk is scheduled for installation on August 7, 2001.
Your assistance in expediting the review and approval process so that we may meet our
deadline is greatly appreciated. If any additional information is required, please do not
