Floor surfaces must be sloped I :50 to required floor drains. g. Conduits of all types shall be installed within walls as practicable. When otherwise installed, they shall be mounted or enclosed in a chase so as to facilitate cleaning. 6) Owners and/or operators must pass an approved and accredited Food Safety Certification course. Proof of successful completion of this course is to be furnished at the final inspection. 7) All equipment is to be in place and functional.
