Welds are of good quality. Welders have current "Welder Qualification Records" and "Procedure Qualification Records" per the requirements of the "American Welding Society". D1.1. Inspected H.S. Bolting of Steel on project. Contractor brought the steel connections, to a snug-tight condition and have been properly tightened.
