The planned Alterations include: S Increase the HVAC capacity to the engineering labs. We believe we can accommodate ail additional units within the existing mechanical enclosure, •s The addition of approximately (10) satellite antennas to the roof as permitted in Section 10.1. These are small antennas ~ 70 cm in diameter and will be installed on non- penetrating mounts and visually screened by the parapet and mechanical enclosure. S Expand room 154 to accommodate a UPS for our engineering labs. V Minor wall and door changes to the 2nd floor lab and several offices. The attached drawings highlight the anticipated Alterations in yellow. In order to accommodate our operations we plan to design/build this work and have it completed no later than December 15,2010. All appropriate structural load calculations and permits will be obtained by Tenant; and as-built drawings will be provided to Landlord upon completion. Occupancy will be scheduled during the Christmas and New Year holidays. Tenant requests confirmation that these Alterations are not required to be removed at the end of the lease term or any extension thereof.
