REMARKS: A. Is the existing wall you intend to remove a bearing (roof support) wall? If SO, how
do you intend to support the existing roof structure? B. Windows in the expanded bed rm
adjacent to the hall do not comply with the emergency escape reqmt’s (window sill 44“ or less
above floor, clear opening width 20, open area 5.7sq ft). C. How do you intend to provide
combustion air for the new WH enclosure? D. How do you intend to heat the new bed room in
the garage area? E. Provide energy compliance documentation form CF-1 R for the new bed
room in the garage area. F. Show new bottom plate a PT and specify anchorage method.
