Michael Baker lnternation.al has performed a field survey on July 26, 2017 to field check the building
footing forms for Lots 169-171 & 193-196 on Wellspring Street. The results of the field survey
reveal the footing forms to be within substantial conformance, both horizontally (0.1 O'.±) and .
vertically (0.05'±) with the City of Carlsbad approved precise grade plans DWG 480-3C, dated
February 9, 2016.
