General Notes / Superintendent Coordination: -
All work shall be done in. full accordance with all codes, rules and regulations of local
agencies.
Onslte verification of all dimensions and conditions shall be theësponsibility of
each sub contractor. Noted dimensions take precedence over scale on these plans.
Austin Johnson shall be notified immediately by project superintendent of any
discrepancy or other questions that arise pertaining to these working drawings.
After start of construction and/or installation by sub contractor, sub contractor
assumes responsibility for accuracy of work. .
Exterior detailing and color schedule of sales office shall follow exterior schedule
and specifications by project architect and/or landscape architect.
At completion of framing and electrical rough-in, prior to drywall, superintendent to
arrange field inspection with Austin Johnson-of all dimensions, electrical and final
coordination of interior finishes. Additionally, superintendent and/or painting
contractor to review exact locations and approval' of all paint samples and. locations.
If any drywall texture(s) are special, a sample shall be submitted for approval by
Austin 4ohnson prior to application. . .
Please supply paint draw downs to Austin Johnson for approvél.
Any special construction, such as security or music systems, shall be reviewed with
