· footing forms for Lots 167-168 & 191-192 on Wellspring Street The results of the field survey
reveal the footing forms to be within substantial conformance, both horizontally (0.1 O'±.) and
vertically (0.05'±) with the City of Carlsbad approved precise grade plans DWG 480-3C, dated
February 9, 2016.
